Igniting the curiosity and imagination of people in all communities across the province: that’s Alberta Ballet’s mission. Alberta Ballet is emerging with a new vision to implement a community ecosystem of dance throughout the province. Reflecting the lives, the demographics and the communities of those who live here is at the heart of equity, diversity and inclusion at Alberta Ballet. We will do this by reflecting the stories, spaces and talent found in the communities around us.
Alberta Ballet School offers a comprehensive program combining professional ballet training with full academic instruction for students in grades 7-12. The school is affiliated with the Alberta Ballet Company, providing students with unique performance opportunities. Financial assistance is available through merit-based scholarships and bursaries to support students regardless of their financial circumstances.
